1. Orders & Payments

Q: When will my order be processed and shipped?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, AfterPay, CashApp, and many other secure options.


Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Orders can be canceled or modified only before production begins.

  • If canceled before production, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If canceled during or after production but before shipping, the product and manufacturing cost will be deducted.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

 

Q: I’m having trouble with payment. What should I do?

A: Double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team.

 


 

2. Shipping & Tracking

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 7–12 business days.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free shipping in U.S. on orders over $70.


Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Not at this time. We are currently focused on expanding in the United States.

 


 

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: All items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect. Exchanges are possible with a payment including the return shipping, extermination fee, and sending shipping.

For example; a T-Shirt of 240gsm will be available for exchanges in size and/or color with about additional $25.


Q: What are the exceptions?

  • If your order hasn’t gone into production, you can cancel it for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been sent into production, a partial refund (excluding product and production cost) may be possible.
  • If your order is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Q: What’s the process for damaged or incorrect items?

A: Email us at apedrip@apedrip.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

 


 

4. Product & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right t-shirt size?

A: Please refer to our size guides at the end of each product's photo carousel. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.


Q: How should I wash my t-shirts?

A: Turn garments inside out, wash in cold water, and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on prints.
